Steve Howard, Jerri Bryant, Peter Stoddard and John Breed are the Realtors® of the Sunburst Group @ Davis Properties. Steve, Jerri, Pete & John work together to bring to you the best that Scenic 30A and The Beaches of South Walton have to offer, including local knowledge of Destin, Seagrove Beach, Rosemary Beach, WaterColor, Grayton Beach and all the other unique beach towns in South Walton County.

The Sunburst Group @ Davis Properties is a partnership between The Sunburst Companies, Inc., a property management firm specializing in vacation rentals, owner association management and HomeWatch services, and Davis Properties of NW FL., Inc., located in Seaside and one of the top real estate firms in Florida. The Sunburst Group @ Davis Properties combines each partner's diverse set of experiences, talents and skills together to assist our clients in their real estate investments.

Steve Howard is the co-owner of The Sunburst Companies, Inc., a property management company that has been in business for 7+ years, working with high-end vacation rental properties, owner association management and HomeWatch services. Steve has an extensive background in marketing and advertising, holding an ABJ degree in Advertising from the Henry W. Grady School of Journalism at the University of Georgia. Prior to co-founding Sunburst, Steve spent close to 20 years in the marketing and advertising world, beginning with McCann Erickson Worldwide, then 14 years with the New York Times-owned GOLF DIGEST magazine. Steve’s family, through his wife Payson, has ties to the Seagrove area that date back more than 50 years.

Jerri Bryant is a Realtor®/Broker Associate & Licensed Community Association Manager. Jerri was the first of the Sunburst Group partners to move to the Emerald Coast, back in 1991. Originally from Northeast Alabama, Jerri attended Gadsden State Junior College and Jacksonville State University, and graduated from Gadsden Business College. With an extensive accounting background, Jerri served as the corporate accountant for one of the top beach and tennis resorts in Destin, progressing over the years into resort rental & development management. Moving solely into real estate sales in 2001 with a local Century 21 franchise, Jerri was one of the top-producing agents & a partner in one of the top, award-winning teams inside that organization. Jerri joined Sunburst in 2007, working full-time out of their Seagrove Beach office.

Peter Stoddard is a Realtor®/Broker Associate, GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), and RSPS® (Resort & Second Home Property Specialist). With a BBA in Marketing from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia, Pete enjoyed a sales & management career in corporate event marketing, including conventions, trade shows and public relations. While Pete and his wife, Judy, are originally from Atlanta, they met in Seagrove Beach in 1979 and pretty much aspired to make it their permanent home thereafter. Their careers detoured them through Chicago & Philadelphia for over 15 years before they finally yielded to the urge to return to the South. They first invested in South Walton property in 1994 and built their first vacation home in 1998. For three years, Pete owned Seagrove House LLC, an upscale vacation rental agency, which he merged with Sunburst Beach Vacations in 2005.

John Breed has been the co-owner of Noteworthy Collections, Inc. since 1999, a manufacturer & designer of social paper products which are sold throughout the United States in over 1,800 retail gift and stationery shops. Noteworthy was formed in 1994 by his wife, Susan Holland Breed, with their office and warehouse now based in Santa Rosa Beach. John graduated from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia with a major in Management. His background includes extensive sales experience as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a regional logistics and trucking firm in Atlanta, before joining the IBM Consulting Group as a Management Consultant specializing in sales and supply chain management. John has owned property in South Walton for ten years, and has lived full-time with his family in South Walton for five years.
